Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:
Thank You Lord for a new day to trust in You.
Thank You for another opportunity to give You the Praise and the Honor that You deserve. Thank You for Your continued faithfulness. Thank You for strength for this day. Thank You Lord that although “Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.” Thank You Lord that I can choose joy for my life because the joy of the Lord, it is my strength. “Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.” Lord, I thank You that one day, I will be with You and I will be like You; how You created me to be, in the image of Christ. Although sin entered the world and Satan attempted to steal what You have for me, Your purpose is being fulfilled in my life and the glory that You will reveal to me later will have made it all worth while.
Lord, Your Word says, “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” Thank You Lord for overcoming the world. Thank You for the peace that You have provided in You. Thank You Lord because I will not give up.
I will BELIEVE for OVERWHELMING VICTORY.
Though I endure many trials and sorrows here on earth, I already have the Victory through Jesus Christ. Thank You for sending Your one and only Son to take my place and receive the punishment for my sins, even though I did not deserve it. Your Love towards me is unending. Thank You for providing me with Your Holy Spirit when I believed and received You as Lord of my life. Your Word says, “For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.” God, Thank You for the knowledge of why I, too, must suffer. Your Spirit joins with my spirit to affirm that I am Your child. As a result, I am Your heir and together with Christ, I am an heir of Your glory. God, I want to share Your glory, as Your word says, so help me to finish the process. Give me strength to press through each day to receive all that you intend for me to have.
Thank You for being God all by Yourself!
This I pray in Jesus’ Name. Not my will but Your will be done. For Your Glory! Amen.
