Let It Do What It Do

(Intentional Prayer) – Intermittent Audio Prayer Break
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, Your Word has been designed as an instrument for deliverance. It is complete, active and powered by You. It is enough and I am enough to confidently read and meditate on its truths. I feel Your power, while I utilize the Word of God in prayer as I strive to connect with You. With my voice, let me lift You up so that others may feel Your presence and see You moving within their set of circumstances. Lord, let Your Word do what it is intended to do. You require nothing out of the ordinary of me, for I am special as I am, sufficient as You made me to be. Pray the Scriptures – My Prayer:

Intermittent Audio Prayer Break:

(Available When God Says So – Listen and Pray Along)

Lord, Your Word has been designed as an instrument for deliverance. It is complete, active and powered by You. It is enough and I am enough to confidently read and meditate on its truths. I feel Your power, while I utilize the Word of God in prayer, as I strive to connect with You. Let me lift You up so that others may feel Your presence and see You moving within their set of circumstances.

Lord, let Your Word do what it is intended to do.

You require nothing out of the ordinary of me, for I am special as I am, sufficient as You made me to be. For I am Your chosen child, still growing, still learning, still finishing my process, letting Your Word do what it was uniquely created for, fulfilling it’s purpose, and soothing every doubt that comes to destroy.

Heavenly Father, creator of all, grant me the mind that is required to study this Book of Instruction continually. I yearn to meditate on it day and night so I will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will I prosper and succeed in all that I do.

I consent to allowing self to die and giving way for Your Word to rise up in Victory!

For the Word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes my innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from You, God. Everything is naked and exposed before Your eyes, and You are the one to whom I am accountable.

Lord, I am never shaken when my eyes are on You.

Disconnected? Make Some Adjustments and Get Your Focus Back

Have you ever been in a room full of people, excitement happening all around you, laughter ensuing, joy appearing to be on everyone’s face, but yet, you feel so disconnected, possibly even lost? When this happens in my life, and it occasionally does, recognizing these unwanted guests of emotions, which show up uninvited, allows room for God’s healing to take place in those areas within my life. It allows for honest assessment of the adjustments that may still need to take place, so that I may continuously walk in the Victory that is already mine through Christ Jesus. How do I handle this? I separate myself for a bit, make some adjustments, and get my focus back […]

Have you ever been in a room full of people, excitement happening all around you, laughter ensuing, joy appearing to be on everyone’s face, but yet, you feel disconnected, possibly even lost?

When this happens in my life, which it occasionally does, recognizing these unwanted guests of emotions, which show up uninvited, allows room for God’s healing to take place in those areas within my life. It allows for honest assessment of the adjustments that may still need to take place, so that I may continuously walk in the Victory that is already mine through Christ Jesus.

How do I handle this? I separate myself for a bit, make some adjustments, and get my focus back.

Unfortunately, no matter how you or I may feel one day, the next day has the possibility of getting the better of us when we lose sight of who we are. It does not make you less of a Christian, as this is simply the way of life due to our sinful nature. When sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s disobedience, it took away the perfect life on earth that God intended. This is why we must always keep heaven in our view, knowing that this life and its struggles are not here to stay.

From time-to-time, a short disconnect from the things that try to bring us down is necessary so that we are able to, without distraction and interruption, look to the One who can provide clarity and reassurance of who we are in Him. We must turn our attention to the One who comes to bridge the gap between our thoughts and emotions and learn to look to His truth about who we are. We must look to God’s Word and allow Him to do an identity check. We are to permit God to scan our heart and verify who He made us to be.

That may mean needing a quick refresher of sorts, within our memory banks, concerning the truth of God’s Word. Perhaps we must pick up that Bible and dust it off and do a little research to fill our souls with what actually is, versus looking through the filter of our emotions, which simply cannot be trusted.

I am God’s child. You are God’s child.

1 John 3:1a (NLT) says,
See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are!

When There Isn’t A Way

God makes ways out of nothing. It’s what He does best. When He created the world, He simply spoke and it was so. With one Word, God changes the atmosphere, literally, and He irrefutably changes things within our individual life circumstances. Does every way that God makes for us happen instantly? In most scenarios, that is not the case. But that is where our faith kicks in. We also can reflect and remember what He has already done in our lives and in the lives of others. He can break every chain that comes to block our way to Him.[…]

For His desired will to be revealed, we must continue to wait on Him and walk through the process, and sometimes endure the breaking that must occur.

No matter what we currently see or what the end result gives the impression to be, God can make a way when there visibly isn’t one. He can break every chain that comes to block our way to Him.

Genesis 1:3 (NLT) says,
Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

Genesis 1:6-7 (NLT) says,
6 Then God said, “Let there be a space between the waters, to separate the waters of the heavens from the waters of the earth.” 7 And that is what happened. God made this space to separate the waters of the earth from the waters of the heavens.

Genesis 1:9 (NLT) says,
Then God said, “Let the waters beneath the sky flow together into one place, so dry ground may appear.” And that is what happened.

Genesis 1:11 (NLT) says,
Then God said, “Let the land sprout with vegetation—every sort of seed-bearing plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came.” And that is what happened.

Genesis 1:14-15 (NLT) says,
14 Then God said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years. 15 Let these lights in the sky shine down on the earth.” And that is what happened.

Genesis 1:20-21 (NLT) says,
20 Then God said, “Let the waters swarm with fish and other life. Let the skies be filled with birds of every kind.” 21 So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that scurries and swarms in the water, and every sort of bird—each producing offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.

Genesis 1:24 (NLT) says,
Then God said, “Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind—livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals.” And that is what happened.

And the very best, He saved for last.

Genesis 1:26-27 (NLT) says,
26 Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” 27 So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

God SAID IT and everything was so, based on His Word and authority over all creation.

God, Use Me

(Intentional Prayer)
Pray the Scriptures: Lord, as you work in me, giving me the desire and the power to do what pleases you, provide me with the renewed strength that I need to wait on you. God, I want to cooperate with Your well-constructed and thought out plan for my life. As Elohim, God, Mighty Creator, You have arranged all that I need to get through this life, and in Your perfect sovereign will and kairos moments, El Shaddai, God Almighty, You allow these resources to flow in and out of my life […]

(Intentional Prayer)

Lord, as you work in me, giving me the desire and the power to do what pleases you, provide me with the renewed strength that I need to wait on You. God, I want to cooperate with Your well-constructed and thought out plan for my life. As Elohim, God, Mighty Creator, You have arranged all that I need to get through this life, and in Your perfect sovereign will and kairos moments, El Shaddai, God Almighty, You allow these resources to flow in and out of my life. My connection with You has ameliorated the former condition of my life.

Simply put, God, you have made things better!

El Roi, the God who Sees Me, as I aim to be a light for others that leads directly to You, I want to follow your instructions and do everything without complaining and arguing so that no one can criticize me. Aid me in living a clean life as Your child so that I may shine like a bright light in a world full of evilness. As I read and study Your Word, shower me with the know how to hold firmly to the word of life; then when Christ returns, I will be satisfied that I did not run the race in vain and that my work was not useless.
